Coach Dylan is a premier basketball coach and trainer on the Eastside. Dylan Played high school ball at Bellevue where they placed third at state. He played for the esteemed FOH program throughout high school under some of the best local AAU coaches in the area. Dylan started all four years at PLU and was a 3-year captain.
These leadership qualities are constantly on display with the youth. Dylan effortlessly leads training and drills. Players instantly respect is high level basketball mind. This expertise is passed along in an empowering way as Dylan has experience coaching both boys’ and girls’ teams. He was a practice player with the Seattle Storm and still occasionally helps.
Dylan has done trainings and camps with Reggie and RDC for the past 3 years and is a valued member of the program.
Joey Brazen is a talented girls basketball coach and trainer from Bellevue, Washington. Joey has played basketball her whole life and is an incredibly smart individual who specializes in making the girls feel comfortable being “uncomfortable”.
Joey knows that all great things take place outside our comfort zone, which allows her to excel as a coach and tutor for our program. Joey is originally from Bellevue with established entrepreneurial parents that own 520 Bar and Grill and other local business.
Joey coaches the 4th grade girls team here at RDC Basketball and also is the main tutor for our program. Joey was a part of Teach for America and taught reading and writing in Dallas, Texas for four years. This experience paired with her love for working with kids and developing youth makes her one-off the most valued members here at RDC.
Cole Allen is a Seattle native who grew up playing basketball throughout Seattle. Growing up in Madison Park he was exposed to hoops on the grassroots level at Montlake Community Center where he experienced a user friendly atmosphere which allowed him to safely build a passion for the game which also eventually lead him through the AAU circuit and ultimately landed him at Garfield High School where he played varsity basketball alongside some of Seattle’s prominent.
Cole has been fortunate enough to see the game played at every level from the local rec league’s where he’s coached young kids as young as 1st grade all the way up to the NBA where he worked under the helm of Brandon Roy for five years in Portland, OR
Cole’s primary focus is to create an fun and engaging atmosphere where young kids will have fun learning how to play together and get better day by day!

Reggie Clinton is an elite basketball coach and trainer; whose expertise is in growing youth as people as well as athletes. Originally from Eastern Washington, Reggie established himself in the Eastside area after earning a scholarship to play at Bellevue College.
Reggie started his RDC basketball program early in 2018 and has been coaching and training basketball previously for 7 years. The motto here at RDC basketball is “Train with Purpose”, our goal is to get better every time we step in the gym. We believe that intention and clarity of purpose allow us to achieve our team and individual goals.
Reggie’s passion for basketball coaching and mentoring comes from his own personal adversity and the unique perspective it helped him develop. Experiencing foster care and social programs firsthand Reggie understands truly the power and importance of positive role models and structure. These experiences have created a motivation and passion to impact youth that is unrivaled in the Greater Seattle area.
Reggie is creating a one of a kind basketball programs that allows youth to learn the beautiful game of basketball and the beautiful game of life. Reggie is extremely detail oriented and easily translates his playing experiences into coachable lessons. As a 25-year-old Reggie professional beyond his years, Reggie seamlessly blends fun and competition to fuel the love for the game and makes coming to practice or training exciting.
