We offer a wide variety of training for all ages, in groups, private or semi-private. We teach offensive and defensive aggressiveness, repetition, game speed, reactions and practicing outside your comfort zone. We believe that all these elements are what it takes to grow you into a better basketball player.
More importantly, we want to ensure that you leave a practice or training feeling that you got better, had some fun, gained more confidence and are wanting to come back and do it all over again.
Our coaching philosophy aligns with USA Basketball Youth Development pathway, which is the proper way to coach and train athletes.
RDC Skills Training Classes for Beginners
This is a Foundation Level class for athletes that are learning the game. The 2nd level in the USA Player Development Curriculum. Athletes learn all fundamental and basic basketball-specific skills and establish building blocks for overall basketball skills. 70-80% of time is spent on skill development and the other 20-30% is spent on competition.
Typical grade level: K-3rd Grade
Skill level: (Beginner ages 5-9)
Experience: Beginners or Recreation basketball
RDC Advanced Skills Training Class
This is a mix of Foundation and Advanced level class training for athletes which is the 2nd and 3rd level in the USA Player Development Curriculum. Athletes will strengthen fundamental and basic basketball-specific skills to work towards a more aerobic base. More of building the “engine” and consolidate basketball skills. 60% of the time will be spent on individual training and 40% will be spent on competition.
Typical grade level: 4th-7th
Skill level: NO Beginners, select level and up
Experience: 1-4 years of AAU basketball
